NAR to build new headquarters The National Association of Realtors announced plans Monday to replace its existing headquarters in Chicago with a new multistory building "intended to become the next destination building in the iconic Chicago skyline." NAR's offices currently are located at 430 North Michigan Avenue in the Realtor Building, a 13-story office building completed in 1963.
